Align front bumper cover to fender?

EDIT: I pused on it really hard and it seemed to conform. Looks better. We'll see if it stays.

Any simple adjustments? Picked up an ‘18 SS and the front clip to fender is not very flush.

Why not let the dealership make it right?

Take a lot of before pictures and ask them not to scratch the paint.

Mine is like that too. I think a lot of '18s are like that unfortunately. I just live with it.

Very easy to fix, take the tire off , remove the front half of the fender liner clips and screws (the complete front half) pull the liner down. You can now see and easily get at the hardware all the way up. Loosen and align as needed. You want the dealer to do this?? not on my car.

I've seen other '18's like this, too. Annoys the shit out of me. The passenger side aligns better.

Agreed, hence, why I made this thread. I will try it myself. Thanks!

Any issues or problems, email me don67@att.net as I find communicating thru the forum not easy.

This has been the subject of several other threads, Sadly front facia alignment to the fenders is not a new issue. This is definitely one of the areas to check if you are in the market for a new Camaro. Spotty quality control and poor workmanship on some cars seem to be the reason behind most fit and finish issues. Some are near perfect and some aren't. It just boils down to where the wheel of quality lands on each particular unit, regardless of price.
