Someone try this for me......

Got this email....

b/c of the autumn equinox....today our Earth is straight on its axis....today you can take a broom (not round end) and stand it upright and it will stay by itself b/c of the gravity....try it!!! it's cool!

Let me know if this works.....

I heard this crap the other day.. Some guy told me that it was because of the equinox and that it would only do it that day because the gravity was pulled from both sides and something about the sun blah blah blah.. This was like two weeks ago though.. But i proved him wrong because if your not a dee duh dee you can do it any day..

With a little balancing skill this can be done any day/night of the year. The Earth is always straight on it's axis and it's axis is always tilted. The amount of gravity involved with alignment with the stars, moon, or sun will have no noticable influence on something the size of a broom.
