1LE original wheels for 2016 SS
Looks like Original GM 2017 1LE wheels are 20X10 ET20 / 20X11 ET43.
My question: Will they fit on a stock 2016 SS without spacers (especially the front)? I'm asking since a quick calculation show that the front rim is 14.1mm closer to the suspension. Thanks

Standard offset for a 10" wide wheel up front is 25mm. Which is about 19mm closer to the strut.
A 20mm offset actually gets you more room, but with the extra push out I would be careful with fender clearance when lowering. A number of members have put 25mm spacers up front which pretty much gives the same effect. Not sure if they are lowered. Yes, they will fit fine.

Thanks guys! I was looking for wider wheels / tires in order to get better track day performance, that's why I'm not interested in spacers.
I wonder why some other threads kept talking about front spacers? Maybe they were not interested at a wheels with the same offset. Also, I wonder if it's worth spending $500 on each of these wheels or just buy good light weight O.Z for the same price?

Can I deduct/assume that most 10" (19/20) wide front wheels with offset of 20 will fit?

Yes sir, it all will factor on the X factor of the wheel, however I have done applications with a 10" ET 28 and they clear the strut and all so the ET 20 provides more clearance to the caliper and strut so it works out fine.

One last question (please) : Will I be able to run 285/35/20 tires with 20X10 ET20 setup or I'll need to drop the tire size to 285/30/20 ?
Same question regarding 275/35/20. Thanks!
