Gotta love them Mustang drivers.....

So, I was heading home from the store, pulled out of the parking lot and traveled about half a block towards the intersection when I saw a black Mustang coming up from the opposite direction. I was doing maybe 20-25 mph, he appeared to be going about the same. Just as his car passed by me, he rev'd his engine. Not just a short, small kind of rev, no, this was a WOT rev.

I didn't even bother glancing over towards him. I'm just not sure who he was trying to impress. Bless his little heart.

I can hear your southern accent when you said "bless your heart". That's the polite way to say your an idiot.

Point and laugh. Nothing deflates their ego faster.

Fortunately for society, there were no pedestrians along that part of the road.

This happened to me about a month ago driving to work. A 03/04 Cobra revd at me. Sounded like poo but I respect that car.

To me, that's their way of saying hi! From one fellow V8 enthusiast to another. I'll tend to drop a gear and fly by when I pass a Mustang convertible with an open top. Doesn't happen often, but what's the point of having these cars if you don't want to have a little fun??

I was at a mall parking structure the other day and passed a kid and his girlfriend getting into his 16 Mustang, and he looked over and nodded his head at me with a big smile. I smiled back. Found a parking spot nearby, parked there, and heard him rev it up big time at least once as he was leaving. I assumed that was for me. I just laughed.

I don't take these things seriously but that's just me. Have a little fun guys
