Central Pa. Hello

Hello all, I have been on this forum since mid December (different username, would not allow me to post!) reading everything about the 2016. I ordered a mosaic black 2SS mid December and picked it up last weekend. I was very worried about the paint after reading and seeing so many bad paint stories, I was lucky, no problems. My car is getting ceramic coating on it, should have it back by the weekend.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Welcome and congrats!! I was wondering who bstright was and why he was adding me as a friend with no posts...lol. The car looks great!! I hope you would want to come out and join in the fun with the SCPA5 group this spring/summer. Did you get the A8 or M6?

I don't want to sound hen picked all ready..A8, my wife won't drive a stick, this became a big sticking point in our marriage for a brief time . I did get it at Sutliff, they had a blue 2SS for a while, not sure if it is still there. My salesman said they only sold one or two not including mine, apparently the southern states get all the cars this time of year.
Proguy - I was trying to get someone's attention to find out how I could post! Finally I just registered under a different name and email.

Those A8's aren't anything to laugh at. I finally got behind the wheel of 2 at Apple Chevy in York. One was a M6 the other an A8. For the first time EVER, I think I actually preferred the automatic. I feel your pain though with the wife. Mine can't drive a stick either so my Camaro is an A6 because it was originally her daily driver.

Sorry about not friending, I was just a little apprehensive with zero posts.
