i liked the vette vid better. i didnt see the lambo defying gravity in a cement pipe.
but the number collecter on the lambo vid was pretty sweet. |

I'll take a ZR1 over any euro super car. That being said, I think that this commercial actually hits the nail on the head for that car. Its not about performance, nearly any new car can go over 100 mph, the list of 150+ is getting pretty long too. No, for things like Lambos its about selling the image. You have this car, you are a bigshot. How many people know what that car costs vs any other supercar? not many. People just know its expensive, really expensive. More than most could ever afford, and thats the reason for owning one. Anyone that wants to go really can get a used f-body or any number of other suitable platforms, build it up, and have an amazingly fast car for a fraction of the price of that lambo.
So, to say it again, that commercial is very well suited to that car. Who ever did it did a really good job at capturing what the car means.
