ATS-V for the win!!!

I wished Carlos was still at Motor Trend and doing the head to head because I always sense a bit of snobbery coming form this guy as it relates to his dislike of american cars when they go against anyone else on these comparison tests.

The ATS-V outperforms the AMG in every performance metric but they give the nod to AMG for the V8 experience, better brakes and easier infotainment. Given the AMG costs $15,465 more than the ATS-V, they could have brought the CTS-V to that party if a V8 was what they were looking for

They rave so much about the ATS-V's balance that the future looks bright for Camaro. 0-60 in 3.7 seconds, 1/4 mile in 12.1 @ 116.2, 60-0 in 99 feet. Wow!

Camaro SS LT1 with A8 will be a true low 12 seconds/high 11 seconds car if that time is on an unprepared track like they tested on at Fontana. That is ZL1 territory.

OMG

Love that Randy. He is giving us a play by play while driving a car faster than any of us could with full concentration. Awesome, Caddy has finally come to the party

Gm has done some serious catch up when you consider that as they were catching up the other car companies weren't exactly sleeping.

Good job, can't wait to see more.

My only complaint is the outer sheet metal. It needs some better side sculpting to look younger. The coupe looks better.
