I was curious if anyone could answer... I'm a big newb when it comes to this kind of stuff but why does the Vette make that... popping(?) sound at the end of every shift.
Notably it's in his first run, it's right around :58 seconds and 1:04 I mean yeah obviously it's due to his set up, but I've never heard anything like that before.... That's an amazing sound! |

I think there is enough ignitable fuel vapor left in the exhaust system to self-combust from the heat of the exhaust system hardware, which is the pop you hear.
