Off subject but did anyone see the 2016 CTS V auction?

I did love the pullovers that the presenters were wearing with the V logo. I may pick one of those up

It sold to Rick Hendick, all the money went to charity, and it wasn't even the #001. The car at auction was #001EX, but Rick's bid won the first one produced off the line, which hasn't even happened yet.

That's what I thought I watched live on TV. And I thought it sold for 600k. Hmmm.

Hendrick got the first new Z06 for like 600k, the CTS went for 180 I think. I did like those polo's also thought it was cool that Johnny OConnel was there, he is a beast behind the wheel of the V race cars. Hendrick gets all the "first ones" if you have a chance google some pictures of his private museum his taste, in my opinion is impeccable. All corvettes, and GM muscle, throw in a few other awesome cars and the decor and set up of his collection is second to none

I did a nice pretty luxury car in black on Barrett Jackson went for 160 I believe. its was the #001
