Toyota Recall Du Jour

Now there are problems with the side windows?? Apparently it only affects models sold in China, but it is almost 700,000 cars

...And the thought of a recall in China just makes me keel over. I'd imagine that those PW window things are literally grenading and taking some chinese with them in order for a recall to be put in place by the 'Automotive Allah'.

I wish that more consumers would acknowledge how dangerous some of these imports really are. If it were a Jeep that turned over, Consumer Reports would write an in-depth article on how the American SUV is a plague on those who would buy it, despite the annual sales to thousands of happy customers.
