Scored a CPO Sig that was never factory made
The 2 tone Sig Sauer P220 Carry CPO with nickel controls was never a production pistol. The Certified Pre-Owned model parts are in a pile and the assemblers select parts and put together what is essentially a new pistol. The stainless steel slide is from a P220 Elite. WOOHOO!
Now it's off to Bruce Gray's shop for a little work to make it operate slickern' snot on a doorknob. Behold this beauty - never mind the factory oil on it:

I don't think you could possibly go wrong with that pistol
Do you use oil, or grease on your frame rails? My P226 loves grease.

I picked up a 227 Nitron not too long ago, and it definitely likes to run wet.
If it was offered in stainless, I'd have done that for sure. Your pistol is gorgeous.
