GM "Design" Lab

There was a report today on CNBC.com that GM is building a new website that will be an interactive "design lab" where enthusiasts can provide feedback to designers about new GM vehicles during the design process. What impact user feedback will have on the final design remains to be seen, but I think this is a fantastic idea.

You can see that GM really started listening to the masses right here when they began asking us about colors and all. They are here...they listen....it's a GREAT idea, IMO, that they look for user feedback DURING the process.

No problem.

I encourage people to register and chip into the discussion. GM designers actually do read and respond to comments. I've noticed a major theme with their responses is asking what we as consumers think they should do.
