Sounds awesome...right up until the part about a "four door Corvette." As long as he means LIKE a 4-door Corvette and not a 4-door called Corvette, I say do it!

Why don't people stop and read? They aren't saying it's going to be branded a corvette but just that they're looking at doing a 4door super sedan, possibly because of contractual obligations they made to export the sedans from Aussieland.

but it is happening. the G8 is going to be re-badged as a chevy not a corvette.

in the article it even says "G8 could return as a high-end Chevrolet envisioned as a four-door to complement the automaker’s iconic Corvette."

this has already been debunked.... the g8 will not be recreated under any other name or brand... if you want a performance sedan like the g8 gxp buy a cts-v
