Thumbs up 2008 Pontiac G8 GT running a 13.12 quarter-mile at 106.65 MPH

Video of a new stock G8 GT. No power braking, new low mile car, it's only going to get faster. And this with the L76 and automatic! 6 speed Camaro will be much quicker.

New Camaro will be lighter, have more power, and will have a six-speed manual transmission.

Paper plates...that's cool. "Hey. I'd like to take it for a test drive." Returns two hours later w/ a half tank of gas missing....hehehe...

So, when is this car actually going to be at dealers?
I just went to Pontiac's site and "built" one but when I try to "locate" one at a dealer all that comes up is the V6 version.

they are probably aready sold, the dealer i went to only got three for this model year, and one was already sold, people were seriously considering the other two while i was there...and i was there two days after the G8's got to the dealer, only one of them was the V8...

i decided to save my money for a camaro

I found a few around here. One dealer is marking them up by $1500. Needless to say I won't be purchasing one from them.

ahahhaah thats the way to do it. take the car from a dealer "test driven" it than bring it to the strip.

nice time considering the form of the car(new, auto 6/speed)
