Holy crap, I would not be too happy about what he's been going through. I like how Porsche NA would rather drag this out and get all this bad publicity rather than doing the right thing. They must not realize that they few thousand they're trying to save by screwing the guy over is way less than the potential customers they're going to lose because of these videos showing just how difficult they are to deal with.
I'm not surprised though, I've seen it on these forums too with Chevrolet.

That really is a travesty of customer service. 8 months of problems and the last one occurring just yesterday.
 He's got the same problem as the Camaro convertibles had with the car becoming a pool...EXCEPT HE DOESN'T HAVE A CONVERTIBLE.  It goes to show that know matter what you pay for a car, you can still get a very poorly built vehicle. SHAME ON PORSCHE.

A friend of mine got one of the 1st Boxsters imported to the US, was on a wait list forever, one thing after the other, he called in the Lemon Law, got another Boxster and all was well. Owned several more after this experience. People are understanding to a point, then you have to wonder how much damage control is worth to a business? They could have made this into a positive experience by standing behind their product, then his videos would be praising them in spite of the original vehicle delivered. This isn't just a Porsche thing, any business with a quality name and wants to keep it that way, the internet is instant karma
