Disappointment turns into nice trip
After driving to Lexington SC to eat at the Lizards Thicket and return my grandkids to their Mom,we headed down 40 towards home. We stopped at the Mocksville exit for a #17 at Jersey Mikes. The windows were dark, the sign was gone! Disappointed,we headed to our exit in Clemmons. Not really happy about it we chose Taco Bell. The experience took a much happier turn because of the very friendly cashier who offered us extra food to make up for a small error...she came out to tell us how much she loved our car, and went out of her way to be nice. A good way to end a sad day. It was a trip filled with lots of Camaro sightings though, we saw almost every color today. Still hope to do the Jersey Mikes this Friday at the Hagertown Maryland exit of 81 on the way to Mifflintown PA. "Im gonna rock down to Electric Ave"!! Yes it is really a road!

Had driven about 1 1/2 hrs with my dad to a place we used to eat at when we lived in Virginia. Drove all that way, and found out that it went out of business. Never really knew why since it was always packed. Sucks :(
