The Aztec . . . still selling?

I was looking around, doing some research on cars and I came across this article.

PS: We're well aware that there are many satisfied owners out there who appreciate the practical design of the Aztek's interior layout, smooth ride and the world's best built anti-theft device (i.e. its looks). We apologize for being so insensitive.

I'm not sure what I'm more amazed with, the fact that there are still people willing to buy them new, or that dealers are still trying to sell them. I feel really bad for the dealers that have had them for the past 2 years. Looking at them day after day . . .

BTW, I was NOT looking for the Aztek, I was looking up stuff on Grand Prix's and Grand Am's

One of my coworkers has one. He absolutely loves it.

But even he says it's unbelievably ugly.

The idea of the Aztek was very interesting and practical.

It's just a shame they put such a good concept into such an UGLY package.

Here's a real fun piece of trivia for you. One of the guys who designed the Aztek had a hand in the styling of the C6 Corvette. I had to laugh when I heard that one.

Never noticed that before. But you're right. I'm not sure which ones are worse, the first ones with the grey clading or the later ones with a spoiler.
