just saw it. looks interesting. they'll never top the first one though. they showed him up in the snow. wonder if they will have the Fortress of Solitude like in the first one

My neighbor was part of the water safety crew that was present when they were filming the school bus scenes.
Those scenes were filmed in Yorkville Illinois.

I don't think they could have cast his parents any better. Kevin Costner and Diane Lane will be a perfect fit for Johnathan Kent and Martha Kent, respectively.

And what roles do Russell Crowe and Laurence Fishburne play?

Crowe is Jor-El, Superman's biological father. Fishburne will play Perry White, the editor of the Daily Planet and Clark Kent's boss.

Might be hard but I think they have the right folks behind this one. These are people who turned Batman around. They put focus on the character which they will do on supe as well. The movie 300 was good because they put great focus on Leonidus...shoot the first 3 times I saw it I was ready to go into battle with him...lol. And they are involved with this one as well.
