Don't see how a judge in New York can reverse something like that... seems like it would need to be decided by the Supreme Court to have any real effect.

It's a Federal Judge, and he was the one that ruled to allow it in the first place, so yes he can reverse it. Didn't you even read it?

It would be a shame to punish the lesser employees just because the higher ups of GM were f***tards. Same goes for Dodge.

Why punish the little guy, your economy is already crap why push it to the breaking point.

Bit of a Blue Maro Demon headline there. This case wouldn't "reverse" the whole bailout. It affects GM Canada but not in a really significant way.

This article is astonishingly misleading. I should have known when I saw the link to the Washington Free Beacon. Very unfortunate that my original perception of, "free bacon" was incorrect.

What a sham. Lawyers, Judges, the whole judicial system in this country needs to be tossed out on their collective asses. If they really want to go after the "villains, liars and cheaters", why don't they reverse the US public bailout of AIG, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, etc. that led the world into the 2nd great depression. Trashing GM which employs decent hard working people and actually MAKES THINGS versus laundering paper is just off the chart. Welcome to the new world order, we are headed to 3rd world status of our own doing.

Sorry but not $1.00 of tax payer money should have been used to bail out any of the auto companies. The reason they are in trouble is their own fault allowing unions to dictate the rules to them.

There are plenty of ways to do that, like pointing out everything he has done.

Still, I don't believe we should have bailed anyone out. It's not my responsibility as a tax payer to make sure a business doesn't fail. Any guesses how long until GM needs another bail out?
