That you do. The deal is you build the engine that goes in your car and your name is on the builders plate. For some in an $80,000 z06 it's a nice option just to say "I made that"

It is a very cool "option" that allows a person to get a first hand experience.

No different than a fantasy camp sponsored by a proffesional baseball team.

I think if you buy one of the GM Performance LS7s like for a project car, you can also build it yourself.
