Decision Time ?!?!?!?!

I was just offered a 2008 LS3 Corvette with low miles on it, a Corsa Exhaust and Cold Air Intake...It is in Mint shape, and I could have it for 33k plus tax only. It is a Z51 with 20k miles.

Should I wait for the Camaro to show up? I will still be a Camaro Lover and building and selling parts for the Camaro, but I need the Project Car for this company, and who knows when my car will finally make it out of QC??

I really need your help making this decision...and in convincing my wife!!

My SS would cost 35380 plus taxes and fees
The Vette would be 33000 plus tax only.

If I wait I have to buy something by the 25th or my financing runs out!!

If you're only buying the car for the company, get the Corvette...
But if it's for you; get the Camaro. It'll come. Patience is key on that front.(imagine how I feel...I can't get one for another 2 years...maybe more! )

The Camaro will make you a rock star.

Just my 2 cents.

If you absoulutely know you will not regret getting the Vette over the Camaro then go for it. If you have any doubt, then you know what to do. The worst thing that can happen(and it's happened to me) is buying a car that you think will satisfy you and then come to find out not long after the purchase you get that sick feeling in your stomach that you bought the wrong car.

I know I will drool when I see a Camaro out there...But when I build this car it will smoke the Camaro...I have some twin turbos that need a new home!!!

But I still do not know what to do. I have one week left to buy a car before my financing runs out.

those turbos could find a home in the camaro too

and dont consider the rareness of the camaro now cause two years down the road it will be a pretty common car.....

A lot more mod folks will be buying Camaro's. Not as many serious Vette mods happening. IMO

That is one of the reasons a built twin turbo vette would be that much more awesome.
I would still take the Camaro as my first choice. The big problem is that I doubt it will show up before my financing window closes...Not to mention I have lost my sponsors now because the car has been delayed so much.

I just do not know how much longer I can wait around and hope it gets here by the 25th!

Just open another financing window. Cancel what you've got and redo another or is there a lot of red tape involved?

It all comes down to what your personal needs are. I have 2 toddlers, so the vette would not be a choice for me since it does not have jump seats for them.

20,000 miles in one year is a lot.
