Indy 500 fans!!! I Just Got a Ticket on Crawfordsville RD!!!!

So I work right by the track and there is major construction going on so every other day the lanes are changing and speed limits change with it. So apparently they changed the speed limit to 30 in a certain part of the road and I got clocked going 44. Normally it is a 40 so its only 4 over. I never speed and I was going to store to cook a nice meal for my wife tonight. I got so frustrated I never got the food for tonight.

Sooooo....All Indy 500 fans....slow down in Indy they have cops everywhere and expecially in the construction zones.

The cop was really nice and only gave me a ticket and not a double fine for construction zone. He said the only reason he is giving me the ticket is because he has to. I understand I was in the wrong and will accept the consequences, but it is still frustrating when I had no intentions of overspeeding.

Ha, we were there today and they've got Crawfordsville Road jacked up. but yea of course there's gonna be cops everywhere, with construction and it being Indy week. Sorry about your luck though
