Geico needs to stick to the caveman and/or lizard thing. I liked those commercials. The new ones are stupid.

Geico used to mean Government Employees Insurance Company . My dad ,when he living ,had them for insurance at the post office. They were awful to deal with.

Geico should take the money they are wasting on advertising and give you guys some real insurance instead of making you use aftermarket parts and salvage yard parts in your repairs. I would never have Geico as my insurance company for a new or even couple year old car. I have seen cars with under 5000 miles on them have to use generic A/M parts and salvage yard parts for the collision repairs. It kills me every time, I will usually call the customer and see if they are willing to spend the money on brand new factory parts, and generally after explaining to them the difference they will be smart and go for it.

Have you had any good accidents ? < I know alot of people like them because you pay a low premium, but you also get what you pay for.
