A surprise at the track last weekend

While I was at the track checking out the local NASA and Auto-X events, this surprise rolled up. A brand new (literally right off the boat) McLaren MP4-12C!

I wish you the best with the 12C, it is truly one exceptional achievement in automotive engineering.

I still prefer the F1 but wouldn't turn my nose up at the 12C....

The guy that has this car also owns a McLaren F1. I've seen him drive it around the airport about 4 times in the past 6 months.

One of those drove past me on my way back to work from lunch yesterday. I thought it was a Ferrari at first from the front, but when I looked in the rear-view, I knew that backside was not Ferrari.

That's crazy.
