Unhappy No you won't.

OK, I have a customer who's ordering a Camaro, and a new 2010 GS Corvette.

He'd also like a 2010 ZR1 if I could sell at MSRP - which WE at Newman don't have a problem with! So I had our owner ask (district Mgt) if we'd get at least ONE ZR1 in 2010 (since we didn't get any in 2009)......The answer was NO.

That's not right, what is ZR1 allocation based on?

No, it's SENSELESS to deal with another dealer, that's not the point. And if I wanted to deal with another dealer, I'd do it with the third largest vette dealer minutes away.

I said MSRP, too.

Doesn't make sense if the guy wants to buy one why won't GM go for it? he's already showed that he is good for it by committing to the first two vehicles...

While this is certainly not the cause of GM's troubles, it could help if they'd be willing to sell their high-margin cars to people who want them.
