It's brutal. But it works. I completed 87 days of it and then was hospitalized. All I can tell you is, you better do the diet to the "t".

Been using p90x mixed in with my regular workout routine for along time now. P90x has become a part of life for me you could say. It's a great workout. But you have to stick the diet to get the results.
