Prayers...
A Washington State Trooper was shot and killed last night (actually, only about 4 hours ago) during a traffic stop. :(

And pray for this 3rd grade girl shot at school
Somehow a boy brought a gun to a (Washington State) school on Wednesday and shot a 3rd grade girl in the stomach.

Latest news is that the suspect was found dead, likely shot himself. And the 3rd grader that brought the gun to school? Same city... prayers are in order for that whole community today.

The alleged gunman shot himself at home, when police were surrounding his house. In another article, I read that the gunman had been documented as saying he would kill any police officer who stopped him. And our state let him go. Sigh.

Aww this is awful news. Prayers all around. In some more sad news, seven SoCal Marines died in a mid-air helo crash last night. Routine training mission. I was temporarily with the unit back in Jan 2009. God, please have mercy on all their souls!
