We make home made Cannoli's from scratch from the shells to the filling
 also a ton of Christmas cookies from scratch and Pumpkin pie from scratch.

Home grown pumpkins cooked into whole wheat pumpkin pie or a home made apple pie is usually what I make for Christmas dinner. I also cook up a mean habanero cranberry sauce if we have turkey. My mother was the candymaker extraordinaire of the family, she used to make the most amazing sweets for the holidays.

Believe it or not our tradition is chocolate fried pies for breakfast Christmas morning.
Nothing special for desert, just random pies and cookies and fruit salad and... and I'm getting hungry.
