Out of Lurker Status
My name is Rob and I'm from the Orlando, FL area. I've been in the air conditioning and heating business for over 25 years. I'm married and our children are 15 and 20 years old. We don't need to haul them around town as much and this is giving us a little freedom to start making some selfish decisions.
I'm going to be in the market for a new car soon and top on the list is a 2012 2SS Camaro. I'm hoping to purchase between now and March. My color choices are either Summit White or Imperial Blue Metallic. I've been a GM truck / SUV guy most of my driving life with a few exceptions. I currently drive a Volvo XC60 T6. My first experience with a Camaro was when I was about 8 years old. My brothers best friend had a Yellow '77 Z28 and I thought it was the baddest car ever built. The closest I ever got to owning a Camaro is when I bought an '86 Silver Firebird with a 305. The reason I would like to own a Camaro not only stems from the car, but the community and fun that surrounds it. The mods, rally's, shows, and comradery really makes it special. The only other vehicle I experienced that with is when I owned a 2003 Jeep Rubicon. Thanks for reading.... Rob |

Rob, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!
