What car is this?

Crusing down the I-163 freeway in San Diego yesterday I see four of these in a convoy. Two silver ones a black one, and an additional black one on a trailor. The only badges were an "EV" on the deck lid and front quarter panel just in front of the door. It appeared the entire roof was solar panels. Very cool looking cars!

Any idea what they might be?

I was gonna say it looks like a Fisker but I needed to see the front to be 100%.
