Role Reversal!

So, I'm talkin to my husband on Skype last night (since I am deployed) and he says, "Hey...will you buy a $500 Dyson vacumn cleaner? I'm tired of all this damn dog hair and our vacumn sucks!!" I laughed my ass off and said "No, I'm not buying no $500 vacumn cleaner!!!" and he says "You would spend $500 on a pipe for your car without even thinking about it!" He's right!! (well almost....I do plenty of research before I dump $$ into my ride) But I think it is hilarious how normally this conversation is reversed between a man and a woman!!! ROFLMAO!!!

Of course, he was laughing about the situation also and wasn't being a jerk about me spending money on my car. You guys think I should buy him the vacumn cleaner????

No, waste of money buy a $30 dollar Dirt Devil you can break down instead. Save that money for the car.

Donna, how about you do a 'research' for the best one..then buy him one..deal here is that he has to vacuum from now on !

Well if you're looking for opinions on Bissels in regards to dog hair they perform very poorly and get jammed easily.

I have a Dyson, and yes I'm a male. It's completely worth the money. Especially if you get the Pet model.

My friends have 3 dogs. You would never know it. Their Dyson (the one made for homes with Pets) does a fantastic job of keeping the hair under control.

YES....BUY HIM THE VACUUM. of course I don't have one......a Dyson that is, when it comes to things fior my wife.....I think she perfers the Diamond I get her.

I have kitty cats and the Dyson Pet Model (got a little discount at Costco) and it's worth every penny. I've always had Hoovers before now but the last couple years their products don't seem to do a good job and don't hold up.... Bye bye Hoover, Hello Dyson.

Anyone know how long they keep working well?

My friends have had theirs for about 4 years and use it multiple times a week and its still going strong.

You can get refurbished ones via amazon that are sold by amazon and an extended warranty and still pay less then full retail.

DYSON kicks AZZ. I thought the same thing. $500 are you nuts??? I'm here to tell you there is NO vacumn like it. Our two dogs hair has met it's match.
