Drove a 2011 Malibu for the last 2 days...

Had an opportunity to drive a 2011 Chevy Malibu the last couple of days and I have to say, there was little I could take away as a positive from the experience.

The fit and finish of the interior left a lot to be desired and the materials used reaked of cheapness. The seats were comfortable, however, and I would rank that as the one thing I liked about the car.

If I were GM, I'd be ashamed of putting that nameplate on that car. Maybe since it was a rental I did not get the full experience, but based on this one car, I'd certainly never consider putting one in my garage.

I'd like to see what you say about the Camaro if you are calling the materials in the Malibu cheap (). It's probably got one of the nicest interiors Chevy has out right now imo. My brother has one and it's great. Once you drive a Camry and an Accord I think you'll change your mind about the Malibu.

Edit: also, it's been the same car since '07. Just wait till the 2013.

I own a 2010 Malibu and I disagree. I personally think the interior is nice!
