Got a new stablemate for my Camaro....2011 Buick Regal Turbo

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to share my new ride. 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo. I've had it for a couple of weeks now. Been busy at work, so this is my first chance I have had to post it.

Hope y'all like it!

Correct! It is Espresso Bronze, a color that truly has to be seen in person to appreciate. When I saw it on the Buick website I was like "It's ok", but when I actually saw it on the lot I was like "Wow, that's it"!

The new Regal sure is a looker! It's too bad they won't make an AWD variant!

Very true Captain! I was somewhat disappointed when I heard that the performance version Regal GS was only going to be FWD. At least now the GS is going to have 270hp (up from the previous stated 255hp).

I can imagine how it will be too! The Regal Turbo uses the same Ecotec 2.0L Turbo engine that was in the Pontiac Solstice GXP, Saturn Sky Redline, Chevy Cobalt, and Chevy HHR SS. It is downgraded though, because mine is only making 220hp/258 lbs ft-tq. I don't know if it is because they use a smaller turbo or less maximum boost.

It is the TO6 package

My father had retired from GM back in December 2009. He got a vehicle voucher for $25,000 ($20,000 after taxes, etc.) that was good for 18 months. He really didn't want a new car, so I asked him could I use it. He gave it to me and I found this Regal fully loaded with everything except Navigation (no biggie). It was $32,000. $32,000-$20,000 voucher-$2,000 GM employee discount (his was still good)-$2,000 GM loyalty=$8,000 for a new car!

Do these keys look familiar?
