So I want to use my garage to....

Wash my cars! It's a nice two door garage. What do I need to do to make it ready for cars being washed? It's concrete ground, walls are plaster.

I know this is noobish thing but I need to know before I screw up the garage on my parents.....

Plus...I suck at washing cars in the sun.

I dont think this is a good idea. Sheet rock isn't made to get wet.
Just my thoughts.

Is there some kind of seal I could put on it?

I'll bet you don't have a drain in the floor either. The contractor that built my house was just starting out 22 years ago. Needless to say the floor slopes in no particular direction, hence water goes everywhere except out the door and no floor drain. Not a good place to wash a car.

Buy a $99.00 E-Z Up and take it to the drive way. Easy day.

As long as you control your spray and you have a lip on your floor you should be ok. By lip I mean that i have a 2 inch ledge all the way around my garage about 2 feet away from each wall.

Wass up with you shrinkin' violets. Is the sun too much for ya'? True the drier the car gets, the quicker ya' gotta' wash, but that shouldn't be no never mind to young dudes like you.
You're strong enough to do a good job whatever the weather this time of year. I, for one, have got confidence in ya'.

I have confidence in myself too. I don't care about the heat...I have a hose! It's just I don't want the customer's car to be rushed....

The original floorplan of our house was going to have drains and slopes in the garage to wash cars in, but they must have run out of money in the middle of building, cause they're not there & a lot of the other extras from the floorplan aren't there either. I wish they would have just gone through with the drains!!!

Yeah, someone else mentioned a E-Z Up thing-a-mabbob. That may be a better solution...
