The life of my friend.....

Let's start off with the more interesting part of the story.

My friend has a Fiat convertible as his first car. In order for it to pass inspection, he needs seat belts. We already bought racing ones but now we need to weld them to the chassis. I have a welder to do the job but just how secure is it going to be? I want to know that if we are hit, the welds just don't separate and we both go through the windshield, or some other way out of the car.

Now onto the worst part. My friend, just bought a bike with over 1000 CC with his brother. I told him everyday it will be the biggest mistake of your life but eventually let off when he said, "I know how motorcyclists die, I'm ok with that" He is hiding it from his parents and the bike is in his brothers name who is 21 so it is legal. What are my options? Do I just hope he does not crash? I know he can't handle the power. For reference my friend is 17 and I'm 16.

His parent's do not know about the bike.....yet. :(:(:(:(

Stopping by tomorrow for the welds on the FIAT "Fix it again tony." Will do this before I leave.

BTW cool tidbit. The radiator fan broke, so we went to the junkyard and took a fan out of a Taurus. Cut the blades down a bit. Fan works perfectly now.

This is the same model Fiat he has. We are painting it red with one racing stripe on the hood.
