Usually I just dismiss these "they stole my idea" lawsuits, but this is the first one I've heard of that at least initially sounds believable. Luckily it should be easier to prove one way or another, since she supposedly had a copyright on it.

I'm sick of lawsuits too, but she does have a good case. They bought them from her and are now trying to sell them on their own with no money to her. It's wrong, and she'll win if it makes it to court without a settlement.
