80-Year-Old Failure

Apparently, this police department has failed to apprehend someone who wrote a bad check for $30 and is out for blood. If the perpetrator is alive, I'm hoping that he manages to skate by the sub-par clutches of the law. If the cops do catch him, the state of Tennessee can rest assured that the $2 arrest fee will boost the state budget.

How can the 2 dollars boost the budget? Thats a load of BS

Imagine what they can do with the state budget if they write down a $25 parking ticket.

While we're on the topic, I heard that Shunt was recently heard shouting from the trunk of a supercharged Z28 with ambient lighting on the dash and a functional hood scoop like Bumblebee with stripes that go all the way down the hood.

I think that about covers all the rumors.

but did it have functional gills? what about hud and navigation. If it doesn't, I don't believe it's shunt.
