The audacity...

Cruising down the road today and this early 2000s Mitsubishi Eclipse drives by and slows down by my car, then revs wanting to race. Are you fng kidding me? Did he seriously think I was going to waste my gas on his POS Mistsubishi? These people piss me off!!

Sunday my wife, and daughter were traveling back from San Antonio headed to DFW, and I get passed up by a newer corvette, I thought to myself...hmm, you don't see many corvette owners dogging their rides. He then started to flash his brake lights to get my attention, which I thought he might of wanted to admire eachothers car.. Well I was wrong. If you looked up douche bag in the dictionary, this guys picture would be used as an example. Revving up, then braking hard, swerving in my lane, acting like he literally stole it. I just shook my head and retreated back to my cruise control speed of 65.. Morons.

Well, at least it would have been a good race, but in my case, an early 2000 V6? C'mon man... seriously... He KNEW he was going to get smoked.

I was doing about 50 last night in a 45 on a two lane road coming home from dinner with the wife and some assclown in a friggin busted up Neon get's right on my bumper, swerves to the left into oncoming traffic lane, gets next to us starts honking and stomps on it blinding me with a belch of black smoke and narrowly avoiding a head on with another car.

Really??

They don't stand a chance on my TA and he wanted some of the Camaro. That's funny.

Saw a kid in an M3 today, behaving in traffic, travelling at speed, using his signals and such. That is... until he spotted my car. Then the poor buggar got snakey! In a mili-second his attitude went from a friendly Winnie The Pooh to the Tazmanian Devil! Just wild... and very unsafe!

True, but they are far and few between. If it was an older eclipse I'd be more cautious since those DSM's can be pretty quick. Heven't seen any built newer ones.

Not to derail the thread, are you in Stafford VA?

Didn't sound like there were anything under the hood. Just a stupid can on the rear which produced a very lousy noise and 2 morons inside. Nothing that would give any extra HP.

I don't know about the West Coast, but here in the South East those little engines are running 500 - 650 RWHP. They have more into their engines than you have in your car.

Down here in the South their favorite song is Crystal Gail's "Blew By You" ...
