I could be mistaken, but I thought that cops could require you to remove blue or red lights if they catch you with them. I plan on getting the white/blue halos, but using the blue just for shows or private property.

A front license plate is not required here in Indiana, but I would be interested in seeing your license plate frame. Does it fold under the front end, how does it work?

You got that right!! These type of lights are only for show (as you already know) not for daily driving.

It sounds like fun though.

It mounts to the bottom of the bumper 9 inchs back and then with the press of a key thingy it extends forward and flaps up. Vise Versa,, and idk about even trying it i dont know what the policy is on red front lights here i know its ilegal but idk if its Cite,Ticket or madatory removal lol dont wanna take the chance

Its illegal to have blue lights on any car but a cop car, red lights are only allowed on the back half of the car. [how folks know its the back] which inclues the roof for firefighters.

Yellow, white and green lights can go anywhere.

But its perfered that yellow stays on the front half, just like the red on the back half, so at night, folks know if your coming or going, but its not a hard rule like red because for a while up into the 80s yellow was used for turn signals front and rear.

I know all this crap from HS when it was cool for guys to put the blue trailer lights into the back end of their hollow traction bars. And you only got away with it for so long.

Green is reserved for EMT and requires a permit.
