I applied for a job and need help

I applied for a part time job to pick up the slack and the add looks like this.

The acura dealer is looking for an experienced professional Advisor. Must have excellent computer skills and proof of high CSI. This is not an entry level position. The work week consists of Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5: 30 p.m.. We offer an excellent compensation package, with a potential for 100k per year income,. a good work environment, Family Benefits, Paid Vacation and a 401k plan with matching. We will product train. WE DRUG SCREEN. Must have a good driving record.

I know that i meet all other criteria, but i am not sure if I actually need proof of CSI.

Is CSI the customer service index, or they asking for proof of customer service interaction.?

Can someone maybe better explain this to me?

That doesn't sound like a part time job description. lol

I think they may mean credit score. Best is to call and ask them.

Yes, CSI is Customer Service Index. It is a rating that the car companies give their dealers based on sending the customer a survey after they come in for service. So, they are probably looking for someone who has held that position before in a dealership, and got real good scores on the customer CSI surveys.

100k a year for 5 days a week is not a part time job. LOL.

California. Ya i was possibly interested in a part time job too, although I am will probably not receive since I have not worked as an advisor. I have worked at a used car dealership when i was nineteen and an automotive parts store when I was twenty. Haha thanks for the help anyway guys
