lid or cutout?
Which would you suggest next. I have a 99 ls1 with free ram air, de-baffled STOCK air lid, no cats, flowmaster super 40 muffler. Which should I spend money on next, lid or cutout?

electric cutout.... actually, headers, then cutout.
