Advice on getting mapping/T?C switched off.

Firstly I live in Northern Ireland so guessing that's a problem to start with.

I'm looking to get the car possibly mapped to make it go a little quicker/ lift quicker if that's possible and to see if the traction control can be switched off. Mine simply does not completely switch off and its getting to be a real pain kicking in when I least want it to.

I met a guy here last year who told me there's a guy in the US that can log into your car through your house wifi and change things but I lost his contact details unfortunately.
Can you guys point me in the right direction or provide me with any good advice on improving things.

Any help greatly appreciated. The cars a 2019 3.6 RS

Thanks, Stu

I’m not sure about logging into your car like you described, but you can turn traction control all the way off by holding the button for 7-8 seconds, until you see ESC OFF on the screen on the gauge cluster.
