Should I buy or wait?
After doing a lot of reading about the plant shutting down early this year. It is still unknown if the 2018 Z06 model will change or stay the same.
I was wanting to order a 2017 Z06/Z07 3LT with the A8. My question to you guys is would you wait to order or go ahead and pull the trigger? |

With the C8 supposedly coming out in 2018, I would seriously doubt that there will be any major changes to the C7 Corvette. If it were to have major changes what would they do to distinguish a late C7 from the C8?
My dealer is one of the larger Corvette dealers and they are saying no major changes in 2017. But they've been wrong in the past. |

Now that they fixed the main cooling issue with the bigger supercharger lid I would thing the only change may be the A10 trans. Not sure I would want to wait for a first year trans.

I thought I read somewhere that the A10 was not going to be put in the C7 as it is too big to fit. That's why it was put in the Camaro 1st.

The only reason why I'm holding out is because I want to see the new ZR1 that's going t come out. But the C8 spy shots are already out winter testing with the ZR1 and they have the spy shots to prove it. It's still early considering that its not going to come out in 2019

I too was waiting to the last minute before ordering. I am going to do the engine build experience, so I'm also waiting for the Kentucky weather to be more sping like before I go to Bowling Green for a week (I live in S. Florida), I'm also doing the Engine build buyers tour where you see your car built and your engine installed. My other reason for hesitating is the plant upgrades. Will the enhancements increase build and paint quality?
