Polarized Glasses and Ceramic window tint make the world a happier place
Does anyone else have this issue? or are my glasses or tint wonky?
 I have ceramic window tint all around like 50% dar and 5% dark on the front (almost clear) well now the tarmac, sky, glass buildings and other car windows all are rainbow coloured. Best way to descibe it is to just look at this shoe.. but not as dramatic

It's fun looking through polarized glasses and seeing designs on people's window tint. It does the same with any sort of glass. Even sliding glass doors have the effect sometimes.

I see rainbows with my clip-on sunglasses sometimes. Particularly when looking at tinted glass. I asked my mom about it and she said it was normal for hers as well. It was unsettling at first, but you sorta get used to it

its the polarization in them.. something about blocking horizontal light rays and only letting vertical in to block glare coming off flat surfaces(water or car bonnet) .. google if you want more details...
but its fun... and i think with ceramic tint it does it much more. I was in a friends car with regular int and only had fiant rainbows looking out tinted windows and no rainbows looking out the front (no tint) |

Here's one to check out.
Put on the polarized glasses, look at your GPS or phone screen. Then turn it 90 degrees and the image will disappear.
