New cheese head

Hey all, Wisconsinite here, found some time to finally post up here. My plan was to get a zl1 this year, but after some financial deliberating, we decided against it

Good news is, I will for sure be getting the next gen, and on top of that have plenty extra cash to have some serious fun with it.

Thanks for the add, and can not wait until I get my camaro!

From cedarburg. Just north of Milwaukee. Let me try and clarify. We were going to get a zl1 this year. Financial stuff came up, so we now have to wait. But it shouldn’t be too long. The future is hard to predict, but we are anticipating that we will be getting the next gen zl1, or a late current gen zl1.

For sure. I currently own a gti that’s moderately built, but I’m embarrassed to associate with the crowd that it falls into. Since I am for sure getting a camaro I’m working on educating myself with the community and also trying to figure out where I will take it to have work done. Not many local choices. I may have to travel it seems.

One of the things to looking into on Facebook is Wisconsin Camaro. Were with both Wisconsin Camaro and Badger State Camaro. Wisconsin Camaro does a lot of shows and cruises. Say hi to Jeff and tell him Thumper II told you to stop by and join.

I’m on Wisconsin camaro and camaros United on Facebook. I may be wrong, but isn’t one of these the former badger state camaro group? Thought I read that somewhere. Or is that what you meant? Either way, good to know there’s a few Wisconsin folks on here!

I hear of them, and West Bend Dyno. That’s it for the area. But I also hear vengeance racing being talked about A LOT. since im very green to everything, would it be worth it to road trip/vacation for something like vengeance or would LMT/WBD be able to do everything I need, and do it well?

Not going to lie. Had to google that one. Wife and I are not football fans, but she for one reason or another hates the packers (she is from Michigan). So if we do find ourselves watching a game, then it’s a domestic rivalry. Lol
