Changing Thread Title

Is it possible to change the title of a thread that you originated? I see where I can edit a post but not the title....

edit post -> go advanced i believe

could be limited to 10 minutes or disabled by forum admin if set that way

As far as I know, you can't ever edit a title. Mods -might- be able to...
