New 17 2SS Owner!

Hey guys!

Just got my 2017 2SS about two weeks ago.

I have been a Mopar vehicle owner for the last 8 years so this is my first GM vehicle since 2007! I am very excited to start my build, but I am a little out of the loop when it comes to basic bolt ons.

I am planning on spending about $1500 this weekend ordering some goodies but would like so advice as to what I should get first.

Was planning on getting the MSD Atomic Airforce 2700 intake manifold and rotofab CAI.

Does anyone know if the MSD intake manifold is worth the price? Or would I be better off getting rotofab cai and getting a remote tune done from one of the vendors on here?

Nothing fancy yet, 5% tint all around (minus windshield)

Welcome aboard and congrats! Personally I would go with the intake and a good tune. But to each their own. Happy modding!

This is what I was leaning for! Plus it would leave me an extra $500ish to play with.

However I do not know much about getting a remote tune done

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
