Looking for a Tech Forum

What is "the" Tech forum online now? I used to go to techspot but it doesn't seem to be what it used to be. I asked a question on there a few days ago and still no response, the forum used to be more active.

I'm mainly looking for a computer hardware forum, but other tech as well is fine. Forum not composed of assholes is preferred lol.
