If it ain't a Camaro, which car would you mod?

I've been idly mulling over the notion of buying another car that I could mod into a hella drag racer. This time it wouldn't be a Camaro and instead of a twin screw blower like I have on my Camaro, I think a twin turbo would be the way to go.

Which car would be the best for modding for the cost? A Shelby Mustang GT500? An '05 or '06 Pontiac GTO? A Dodge Challenger? A Corvette? Or if I'm dreamin' and/or stealin' it, a Nissan GT-R?

I personally would have a family car. Souped up G8 GXP.

Yeah, but I was thinkin' more on the lines of a barely street driving car, maybe with a Liberty straight cut gear transmission.

I'd take an '11 Sti. I almost bought one, but then I found my camaro, and I forgot what an STI was.

Either my Z06, my friend's RX-8, or the all famous GTR... Not really an import guy, but when it comes to modding... simply those cars are decent from factory so there's a lot to improve. My C6 Z06 is going to get a few perks soon

'11 STI.

In my Dreams, theres to many, but the top 3 would be GT-R, Z06, and '69 SS/RS.

i would go for the grand sport, already great suspension. and mod it up. if u drop in a sc on them ur getting around zr1 numbers.... and it is fun as hell driving a corvette gs sc

I've only basic modded my old 86 Toyota truck (lowered w/ modded exhaust). My Camaro will be here soon and will def. mod the exhaust, maybe intake, and minor appearance. I was looking also at the Challenger. Mopar seems fun.
