Now that I remember we had an employee do this at work trying to be funny, he ended getting fired for violation of safety policies.

I guess now all trash bags will have a warning sticker placed on them. "Do not use for performance art".

I would have thought he would loosely put it on his head, leaving room for air to come and go. If he didn't know that you could suffocate with your head in a trash bag like that, then he deserves the Darwin Award.
